Assalamu Alaikum, We have had your ghee tested at PSQCA laboratory — the official government food testing authority in Pakistan. We are very happy to tell you that your ghee came back completely pure with no adulteration at all. This is a wonderful result and a credit to you. We are committed to buying from you regularly. However the test showed one area to improve. Test number 4 — Peroxide Value — measures how fresh the ghee is. The maximum allowed limit is 0.6 and your ghee came in at exactly 0.6. This means the ghee is fine but the freshness is right at the boundary. This happens when ghee is exposed to light — especially in clear glass jars placed in daylight or room light. The ghee itself is made perfectly. It is simply the light getting through the clear glass that reduces freshness over time. PLEASE DO THIS: Wrap your glass jars in brown paper or tin foil before storing and sending. This blocks the light and keeps the ghee fresher for longer. This is a
simple and free solution. If possible, store jars in a dark cupboard away from sunlight and away from the kitchen stove. ONE MORE IMPORTANT REQUEST: We would like pure cow ghee only please — no buffalo milk mixed in. We understand you may currently be
mixing cow and buffalo milk but going forward we would like 100% cow ghee exclusively. And please try to send the ghee as fresh as possible — ideally within a few days of making it. The fresher it arrives the better the quality
